Our standard containers manufacturing programme offers several models:
”HIBRID” model is widely used as single ( unit) container and for establishing one-level container settlements. Standard dimensions of the container are 6.000 x 2.430 x 2.600 mm, the width of the container ( 2.430mm) is  determined by the width of the transport  truck, whereas the length of the container follows standard dimensions of 3,6 and 9 meters, but on the client’s demand we can produce the container with the length from 2.500 to 12.000 mm.
        Steel construction is made of box profile steel sheets and customized bent profile sheets, of average thickness up to 3.2mm, all principal constructive elements are made of galvanized sheet metal with no finish paint in RAL 9002 color.  
        The walls are made of waterproof, thermal-insulated sandwich panel with polyurethane filling and galvanized plasticized sheet metal bilaterally painted with RAL 9002.  As standard offer we have 40 and 50 mm thick sandwich panels and 60mm thick sandwich panel with mineral wool filling.
        The roof is made of galvanized TR metal sheet, with mineral wool filling and whitewashed plaster-cardboard panels.
The floor is multilayered, comprising of galvanized metal sheet, mineral wool filling and waterproof plywood with upper cover layer of vinflex floor, or on client’s demand the upper cover layer can also be laminate flooring, ceramics, corrugated metal sheets etc.
        We also have capacities of fitting PVC or aluminium doors and windows. Our standard offer comprises PVC windows with dimensions 980 x 980mm, and PVC doors with dimensions 700 – 980 x 2000mm, with specific positioning which can be seen on the outlines that follow.
        Electric installations are distributed against walls inside parapets – PVC canals and tubes, each of the basic models consists of electric lightning spots 2 x 36W, two single-phase sockets, telephone outlets, adequate switchboard with miniature circuit breakers, external industrial socket and grounding.
Time needed for production of the basic models is from 7 to 14 days.
        “MONOLIT” model is used for establishing settlements up to three storeys high, with complete attest documentation, and it is being produced in dimensions 6.000 x 2.430 x 2.700mm, and it is thermal-insulated with 50 mm thick sandwich panel.

        “JUMBO” model is used for establishing big settlements up to 3 storeys high with complete attest documentation and it is being produced in dimensions 9.000 x 3.100 x 2.710 and 3.250 mm, with the optional thermal-insulation in form of the 50 and 60 mm thick sandwich panel with polyurethane filling and 60mm thick mineral wool filling.
