Steel construction frame,used in sanitary containers productions, is additionaly reinforced in comparison to the steel construction frame used for production of ”HIBRID” container. The additional reinforcement comprises 2 pillars made of box-like sheet profiles, placed on every long side of the container. The standard dimensions are 6.000 x 2.430 x 2.710 mm, the width of the container ( 2.430mm) is  determined by the width of the transport  truck.

The walls are made of waterproof, thermal-insulated sandwich panel with polyurethane filling and galvanized plasticized sheet metal bilaterally painted with RAL 9002.  As standard offer we have 40 and 50 mm thick sandwich panels and 60mm thick sandwich panel with mineral wool filling. Panels are set horizontally, giving additional bracing to the container along with 2 pillars on every long side of the container, providing building extension for two more levels or storeys.

The roof is made of galvanized TR metal sheet, with mineral wool filling and whitewashed plaster-cardboard panels.

The floor is multilayered, comprising of galvanized metal sheet, mineral wool filling and waterproof plywood with upper cover layer of ceramics.

There are parapets, on the long sides of the container, set 1.250mm high from the level of floor, on the grid where all sanitary elements are attached, and providing complete structural stability. The plumbing and electric installations are set inside parapets. Toilets and urinals are wall hung, providing easy floor and container maintenance. 

We also have capacities of fitting PVC or aluminium doors and windows. Our standard offer comprises PVC windows with dimensions 980 x 980mm and 600 x 500mm, and PVC doors with dimensions 900 x 2000mm.

Time needed for production of  basic models is from 7 to 14 days.
